PTC RISE Program signs MOA with DepEd SDO City of San Pedro

The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing Ceremony between the PTC RISE Program and the DepEd Schools Division Office (SDO) of the City of San Pedro, Laguna was successfully conducted last May 16, 2024.

The agreement covers the implementation of the RISE Program for Safe Schools, to help them improve and strengthen their Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) capacities of public schools in the City of San Pedro.

Under the leadership of PTCI Assistant Vice President for Crewing Operations C/E Ronald Macalintal, together with PTC Talent Acquisition Group Program Manager Hector Brizuela, the PTC Group thanked DepEd SDO City of San Pedro for the opportunity to help them ensure the safety of students and teachers from any hazard or danger that may happen will affect public schools.

DepEd SDO City of San Pedro, headed by SGOD Chief Frederick Byrd, Jr. together with CID Chief Erma Valenzuela, representing Schools Division Superintendent Rogelio Opulencia, sincerely thanked the PTC Group and the RISE Program team for this meaningful cooperation, which will benefit every teacher, pupil and students. their family.

We are one with DepEd SDO City of San Pedro in establishing relevant linkages to bridge opportunities and promote DRR to public schools, as we move together in building resilient communities, resilient lives.
