PHILCAMSAT's POISE and WISE Training empower PTCAT-TMP Leaders

On May 18, 2024, PHILCAMSAT conducted a Leadership Training for PTCAT-TMP leaders. This training session focused on enhancing Personal Office Institutional Strengths (POISE) and Workplace Interpersonal Skills, referred to as POISE and WISE programs. The program prioritized key facets essential for holistic leadership development. This included fostering emotional intelligence to better understand and manage emotions, promoting self-awareness to facilitate personal growth and effectiveness, aligning personal values with organizational values to ensure coherence, and fortifying personal resilience to navigate challenges effectively. Additionally, the session emphasized the importance of honing active communication skills for clarity and collaboration and cultivating empathy to foster strong relationships and a supportive work environment.

Prior to the training, the PTCAT leaders were given a brief tour of the PHILCAMSAT facility.

Other PTCAT leaders are also lined up for training, scheduled for May 25 and June 2024, to include the LEAP Program. This ongoing dedication to leadership development highlights the company’s commitment to nurturing competent and resilient leaders equipped to thrive in today's ever-evolving business environment.

The training was facilitated by Mark Que, the Behavioral Program Head at PHILCAMSAT. Carina Lim, the HR Manager of PTCAT, and Kathleen Bańaria, the Admin & Special Projects Assistant Manager of PHILCAMSAT, were also present to support the program.
