Connecting with Talent: PTC at DLSU-D and STI College Career Fairs

In a continuous effort to connect with emerging talent and future professionals, the PTC Group participated in two significant career fairs, showcasing a wealth of opportunities and engaging with enthusiastic graduating students and alumni. On May 29, Philippine Transmarine Carriers (PTC) Inc., represented by the PTC Talent Acquisition Group (TAG), participated in the Career Fair held at De La Salle University - Dasmariñas (DLSU-D). The event attracted over 600 graduating students and alumni, all eager to discover career opportunities and gain insights into the professional world. PTC's booth was active as students from various academic courses inquired about the diverse roles and career paths available within The PTC Group. At the end of the fair over 170 CVs were received by the TA team. PTC-TAG continued its efforts last June 14 at the STI College Global City's National Career Fest. This event drew an impressive crowd of over 500 graduating students from various courses, each one keen on discovering potential career paths and opportunities with The PTC Group. The career fest provided an excellent platform for PTC to connect with a large pool of talented individuals, providing detailed insights into the company’s history, values, and the dynamic work environment it offers. The enthusiasm and curiosity of the students were met with personal interactions, ensuring that each participant left with a clear understanding of the potential career paths they could pursue with The PTC Group. In total over 200 applicants submitted their CVs to the TA team.
