Ten cadets from the Mapúa-Philippine Transmarine Carriers (PTC) College of Maritime Education and Training have been selected to participate in the CadetsPlus Program organized by the Singapore Maritime Officers’ Union (SMOU) & Wavelink Maritime Institute (WMI) to prepare seafaring students for future officer responsibilities. The program is supported by the Singapore Maritime Training Fund (SMTF) and aims to promote the collective training, education, and upgrading of seafarers.
