PHILCAMSAT to offer Crisis Management Course for Passenger Ships

PTC signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Malayan Colleges Laguna (MCL) for the conduct and facilitation of Project RISE on the campus. The MOA signing was held last September 28, 2022, and was attended by MCL Officials, headed by its President and CEO Dr. Dodjie Maestrecampo, who expressed their enthusiasm for the partnership which also aligns with MCL's commitment to Service-Learning for its community members and partners.

PTC Officials, headed by Head of Strategic Planning for Shipping Cluster Mr. Leslie Suntay, and SIP-PEP Director Capt. Stan Santiago expressed their gratitude to MCL for making Project RISE happen for the MCL Community. They are optimistic about partnering with MCL and are eager to explore other sustainability programs that may benefit both parties. The team also acknowledges the support of the MCL Center for Service-Learning and Community Engagement headed by its Director Ms. Jocelyn T. Bellin, for making the partnership possible.
