To further strengthen its delivery of OPITO courses, PHILCAMSAT conducted an "Open Water Scuba Diver Course" for its trainers through its partner Manila Scuba Diving Adventure. The training ensures that PHILCAMSAT trainers are duly equipped to facilitate the OPITO course on Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET). The PHILCAMSAT team consisting of Instructors and Practical Assistants successfully completed the first phase of the training covering "Confined Water Dives" at The MAST in Maragondon, Cavite. They will continue the next phase of the training on open water diving in Anilao, Batangas
