PTC Aviation and Benilde partner to prepare the next generation of aviation professionals

PTC Aviation Training Center (PTC ATC) and De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB) have taken a significant step toward strengthening aviation education through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), establishing a partnership that bridges classroom learning with real-world industry experience.

The collaboration creates new opportunities for Benilde students through internships, workshops, mentorships, faculty immersion, and exposure to the aviation and transportation sectors. By combining academic instruction with hands-on learning, the partnership aims to equip future professionals with the practical skills, industry knowledge, and confidence needed to thrive in their chosen careers.

Recently, students from De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde experienced a Flight Attendant Workshop at PTC Aviation Training Center, where they stepped into the world of aviation through hands-on cabin crew activities and training aboard the Airbus A320 Cabin Trainer. Experiences like these complement the newly signed Memorandum of Understanding by reinforcing both institutions’ shared vision of equipping students with practical skills, real-world exposure, and industry-ready competencies.

During the workshop, participants trained inside PTC ATC’s Airbus A320 Cabin Trainer, where they engaged in realistic cabin crew activities designed to simulate actual in-flight scenarios. Their enthusiasm, curiosity, and eagerness to learn reflected the value of experiential training in preparing students for future careers in aviation.

By fostering stronger collaboration between academia and industry, PTC Aviation Training Center and De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde are helping develop a future-ready workforce equipped with both technical competence and practical experience. The partnership underscores a shared commitment to empowering students with meaningful opportunities that bring them closer to successful careers in the aviation and transportation industries.
