Jebsen PTC (JP) celebrated National Maritime Week 2026 from September 21 to 27 at the Pilgrim Building, bringing together its Global Maritime Professionals (GMPs) and employees for a week of appreciation, wellness, camaraderie, and maritime pride.
The celebration opened on September 21 with opening ceremonies, setting the tone for a week dedicated to recognizing the contributions of JP’s GMPs and the families and communities that supported them.
From September 21 to 23, Jebsen PTC seafarers enjoyed special treats and activities at the Pilgrim Building. These included free snacks while supplies lasted, BDO bank services, and complimentary blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar testing provided by Health Metrics, Inc. The activities gave GMPs an opportunity to take a break, connect with colleagues, and attend to their health and financial needs.
The week also brought some friendly gaming action as Jebsen PTC seafarers and employees took part in the PTC Group E-Sports Mini Tournament: Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. On September 23, JP participants joined the qualifying rounds, putting their teamwork and camaraderie to the test. They will also be joining the PTC Group Maritime Chill Night on September 25, where GMPs and employees will enjoy drinks, karaoke, and an evening of fun with colleagues.
