PTC Group showcases global career opportunities across maritime, aviation, and BPO sectors

The PTC Group successfully participated in the De La Salle University (DLSU) Dasmariñas Impact Career Fair 2026 held on June 9 and 10, 2026, reinforcing its commitment to nurturing young talent and deepening its partnership with one of its valued academic institutions. DLSU Dasmariñas has long been a key partner school for the PTC Talent Acquisition Group (TAG).

This year’s participation highlighted the strength of this collaboration, with PTC-TAG working alongside representatives from First Maritime Shared Services (FMSS) and First Aviation Academy (FAA). The two-day event drew more than 600 graduating students eager to explore diverse career opportunities.

The PTC Group made a strong impression, with over 300 students submitting applications across various tracks, including Office Job Positions, BPO, the Cruise Industry, and Flight Attendant and Pilot Training. Notably, a growing number of students, particularly from BS Electronics Engineering and BS Electrical Engineering, expressed keen interest in pursuing a career in the maritime industry. Several indicated willingness to take on the challenge of the Electro Technical Officer (ETO) Program, reflecting a promising pipeline of future maritime professionals.

First Aviation Academy actively promoted its programs to the students and showcased an interactive flight simulator at its booth. Students are enthusiastically engaged with the simulator, gaining hands-on insight into aviation training and expressing delight at the immersive experience.

In addition to engaging with students, FMSS also met with DLSU Dasmariñas’ Language and Literature Department to explore future collaboration opportunities. The discussions focused on potential programs and initiatives that could enhance students’ future career prospects.

The strong turnout not only underscores the broad appeal of the PTC Group’s career pathways but also highlights the continued interest of your professionals in joining the maritime sector.

PTC-TAG expressed great satisfaction with the outcomes of the career fair. The strong turnout and positive engagement from the students reaffirmed their shared commitment to developing future-ready professionals.
