PTC welcomes CEU delegation for insightful academic site visit

On May 5, 2026, faculty and graduate students from Centro Escolar University (CEU) Graduate School visited The PTC Group for a meaningful site visit. The delegation sought firsthand insights into real-world institutional operations, management practices, and organizational philosophy, particularly theories shaping leadership, ethics, decision-making, and institutional culture.

Among the visitors was Ms. Mary Patriccia C. Camu, a faculty member at San Pedro Relocation Center National High School and adviser of the PTC Sea Mariners’ Club. Currently pursuing her PhD at CEU, she views PTC as a valued partner of her school and expressed confidence that the visit would provide meaningful, practical learning experiences for the group.

The CEU delegation was warmly welcomed by the PTC HR Shipping Cluster team. Adrian Godwin Perez, Associate Director and HR Shipping Cluster Business Partner at PTC Inc., led an engaging presentation introducing The PTC Group, its core values, organizational culture, and operational excellence. His discussion bridged classroom theories with real-world applications, showing how these translate into leadership and ethical decision-making in a global organization. The visitors then toured the PTC Group headquarters, gaining a closer look at its collaborative and innovative workplace environment.

The visit reinforced the PTC Group’s commitment to knowledge-sharing and industry-academe collaboration. By opening its doors to institutions like CEU, PTC continues to bridge theory and practice. Ms. Camu and her fellow students left with fresh insights and inspiration, reflecting the impact of meaningful partnerships between industry and academia.
