PTC Group connects with over 300 graduates at PUP QC Job Fair

The PTC Group, through its Talent Acquisition Group (TAG), made a strong and engaging presence at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) Quezon City Job Fair last May 15, 2026. The event served as a vibrant platform for graduating students and alumni to explore career opportunities and connect directly with industry partners such as Philippine Transmarine Carriers, Inc. (PTC) and Smartpark System Solutions, Inc.

More than 300 graduating students, including alumni from various academic programs, visited the PTC booth and submitted their resumes, participated in on-the-spot interviews, and gained firsthand insight into the diverse career pathways available within the PTC Group. The energy and enthusiasm throughout the day reflected the students’ readiness to embark on their professional journeys.

Jessie James Estanislao, PTC TAG assistant; Nigel Stephen David, PTC HR Shipping Cluster HR Associate; and Andrew Jason Real, Smartpark Recruitment Supervisor, provided students with valuable guidance not only on current job openings, but also on long-term career growth and development within their respective organizations. Through meaningful conversations, they inspired graduates to better understand the skills and mindset needed to succeed in the industry.

Beyond recruitment, the job fair reinforced PTC’s commitment to strengthening its partnership with the academe. Initiatives like this highlight the importance of industry-academe collaboration in shaping the workforce of tomorrow.

As these young professionals step into the next chapter of their careers, the connections formed during the event will serve as a meaningful starting point. Through continued partnerships,

The PTC Group remains committed to building the future one talented graduate at a time.
