Lifelinks International Resources, Inc. recently welcomed representatives from GP Care Solutions (GPC) and its partner institutions during their visit to Manila, marking another step in strengthening collaboration to support the growing demand for qualified Filipino healthcare professionals in the German market.
The delegation was composed of Frank Uwe-Schneider, Managing Director of GP Care Solutions, Benedict Schotte of The M.E.D. Gesellschaft für Altenpflege mbH Cottbus, Sebastian Reccius, Managing Director of Care4sure GmbH, Glenn Patrick Paffrath, Head of Physiotherapie at Median Kliniken, Catharina Franz, Team Lead at Lingoda, and Mark Villon, GP Care Representative to the Philippines. The visitors were welcomed by Atty. Rommel Ramos, President of Lifelinks International Resources, Inc., together with Ms. Nikki Del Pilar, Deputy General Manager, and Ms. Robee Iris Dula, Account Manager, along with members of the Lifelinks team.
During the meeting, both parties exchanged introductions and insights into their respective organizations, providing GP Care Solutions’ partner institutions with an overview of Lifelinks’ recruitment expertise and global deployment programs. The discussions also focused on current recruitment initiatives, upcoming projects, and opportunities to further strengthen operational coordination in supporting the deployment of Filipino healthcare and allied professionals to Germany.
As part of the visit, Mr. Frank Uwe-Schneider also paid a courtesy call to Mr. Gerardo Borromeo, CEO of the PTC Group, highlighting the importance of continued collaboration between GP Care Solutions, Lifelinks, and the broader PTC Group network in advancing ethical recruitment and international workforce mobility.
The delegation was also given a tour of the PTC and PHILCAMSAT facilities, offering a closer look at the organization’s training and development initiatives that support the preparation of globally competitive Filipino professionals.
The visit concluded with productive exchanges and reinforced partnerships between GP Care Solutions, its partner institutions, and Lifelinks International Resources, Inc., reaffirming their shared commitment to responsible recruitment and to creating sustainable global career opportunities for Filipino professionals.
