Lithuania Recruitment Activity – Saudingos Autotransportas UAB
Lifelinks International Resources, Inc. successfully conducted an Open House, Job Fair, and Trade Test for Truck Drivers bound for Lithuania in partnership with its principal, Saudingos Autotransportas UAB.
Representing the client were Ms. Eda Petrošiūtė and Mr. Linas Radzius, who were welcomed by the Lifelinks team upon their arrival in Manila. The recruitment activities were held at the International Transportation Academy and Assessment Center Inc. in Carmona, Cavite, where qualified candidates underwent interviews and comprehensive trade testing.
The week-long activity was carried out with the full support of the Lifelinks team, including Ms. Nikki Del Pilar, Mr. Edric Tabulug, Ms. Maricar Boteja, and Ms. Irish Rhoxette Santos, ensuring smooth coordination and a professional, well-organized selection process. The success of the recruitment effort was made possible through the collective leadership of Ms. Pauline Par and Ms. Angela Villafranca, together with Ms. Bernadette Buenavidez, Ms. Caryl Carin, and the entire Central Recruitment Team (CRT), whose dedication and teamwork ensured that qualified drivers were carefully identified and selected for deployment to Lithuania.
More than a recruitment initiative, the event reflected Lifelinks’ continued commitment to creating life-changing opportunities for Filipino workers. Each selected driver represents a step closer to achieving global career aspirations, as the company continues to connect skilled Filipino professionals with meaningful employment opportunities abroad—guided by its core values and mission of linking Filipino talent to the world.
2nd PRA Gala Night
Lifelinks International Resources, Inc. joined fellow industry partners for a meaningful and enjoyable evening at the 2nd PRA Gala Night held at The Manila Hotel.
The event brought together Philippine recruitment agencies and organizations for a fun night of connection, celebration, and shared purpose. Beyond the evening’s festivities, the Gala Night highlighted the industry’s collective commitment to initiatives that support the welfare of OFWs and the continued professional development of recruitment practitioners, including scholarship programs for OFW families, capacity-building efforts for agency teams, and legal assistance programs for the industry.
The event was organized through the collaborative efforts of the PRIME Alliance Council of Leaders, with participating organizations including:
- Philippine Responsible Intercontinental Manpower Association (PRIMA)
- Japan Employment Providers of the Philippines and Consultants’ Association (JEPPCA)
- Philippine Employment Agencies and Associates for Corporate Employers in the Middle East (PEACEME)
- Association of Professionals for Overseas Engagements (ASPROE)
- Overseas Placement Association of the Philippines (OPAP)
