Lifelinks successfully achieves ISO 9001:2015 QMS Recertifications with zero nonconformities

Lifelinks is proud to announce that it has successfully achieved recertification to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) standard following the recertification audit conducted on June 15, 2026, by Certification Partner Global (CPG), headed by the Lead Auditor, Ms. Gilda Ramos, and Team Members, Ms. Glaizelle and Ms. Irene Calantog.

The audit confirmed that Lifelinks’ Quality Management System continues to be effectively implemented, maintained, and aligned with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. The audit concluded with no nonconformities identified, demonstrating Lifelinks’ strong commitment to quality, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Moreover, this also supports compliance with the requirements of the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) for Philippine Recruitment Agencies (PRAs) to establish and maintain a Quality Management System.

This achievement reflects the dedication, professionalism, and collaborative efforts of Lifelinks management headed by the President, Atty. Rommel Ramos, Deputy General Manager, Nikki Del Pilar, QMS Manager / Operations Lead, Pauline Par, and employees who consistently uphold the principles and standards of the Quality Management System.
