On March 25, 2026, RSE Foundation successfully held the Grand Draw for its Handog Pagbangon Raffle Fundraising Event. The campaign, which began in December 2025, officially concluded in March 2026. Originally scheduled for February 19, the draw was moved to March 25 to allow for greater participation and support.
The program was hosted by Mr. Josh McCarver, Project Officer of RSE Foundation, and opened with welcome remarks from RSE Foundation incorporator Ms. Michelle Valdez. Speaking on behalf of the Executive Director, Capt. Ronald Enrile, she expressed sincere gratitude to all sponsors, partners, and participants whose support made the initiative a success.
Ms. Arlene Ramirez, Resource Development Manager, then presented the campaign results. The Foundation raised a total of PhP 700,000 in cash and in-kind donations.
The proceeds will support recovery efforts for communities in Cebu and Negros Occidental affected by Super Typhoon Uwan and Typhoon Tinio in November 2025. Despite the passage of several months, many families remain displaced, making this initiative both timely and impactful.
Prior to the raffle draw, guests were treated to an intermission performance by employees from MSC Cargo, Mary and Shy Co., who serenaded the audience with an acoustic set.
To ensure transparency and integrity, Ms. Betty Dizon from the Audit Team served as a third-party observer during the raffle proceedings.

The First Prize—an 11-inch iPad (11th Gen, A16, 128GB, Silver)—was awarded to Mr. Hadji Migullas, GMP from UNIBROS.
The highlight of the event was the awarding of the Grand Prize: a Honda Click SMART Edition Motorcycle, won by Ms. Rachel Requeza from the Accounting Department of PTCI.
