
On August 6, 2025, PTC Logistics, joined by executives from PTC Holdings, participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for the new build-to-suit Coca-Cola warehouse in Lucena City, Quezon, developed in partnership with Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines.
In attendance were PTC Holdings Chairman and CEO Gerardo Borromeo, Executive Managing Director Christina Manzano, Executive Director for Corporate Public Policy, Risks and Sustainability MGEN Restituto Padilla Jr, and Executive Director for IT Alan Alipao. The event opened with remarks from Ike Castillo, President and CEO of PTC Logistics and PMDI, who recalled how the partnership began a year ago as a short-term storage solution and has since evolved into a long-term, purpose-built investment. He described the project as a milestone that reflects a growing and trusted partnership with Coca-Cola.
Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines was represented by Roland Bernardez, Head of Logistics for Mega South Luzon, along with his operations team. He conveyed Coca-Cola’s appreciation and strong support for this strategic development.
The ceremony included a blessing by Rev. Fr. Virgilio S. Nadres Jr., followed by the laying of a time capsule and the ceremonial turning of the soil. In his closing remarks, Mr. Borromeo emphasized that the project will not only strengthen business operations but also create a meaningful impact for the Lucena community.
Also present were Sheldon Yap and Hazel Yap of B2B Logistics, Inc., together with the PTC Logistics team, who helped bring the project to this milestone.
This event is a tangible step in PTC Logistics’ mission of Supply Chain Made Easy, delivering solutions that are innovative, sustainable, and community-centered.
